How can I contact Best Cookies ?

and send us an email or contact us by telephone. Our phone number is
listed above our logo at the top of this page and on our Contact Page.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours. If we are unable to meet
this schedule we will notify you. Custom orders may require additional time.
Please be sure to include enough lead time when ordering.
Do you offer the same cookies everyday?
Some cookies are made everyday, and some cookies are only made on
certain days. Also, some cookies are only made by special order.
Our
DAILY FAVORITES page lists which
cookies are offered on which days. If you require "Special Order"
cookies, please give us a call to setup this order.
Ordering & Shipping Info
Shipping Rates
We currently ship using UPS and USPS. Your shipping options are as follows:
UPS 2 Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver,UPS Next Day Air A.M,
USPS Express and USPS Priority.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on
your address at time of checkout.
Where do you ship to?
Addresses must be a street address. Please call for further
information regarding APO's, FPO's, Alaska and Hawaii orders.
When shipping to a business, it is imperative that the company name be
listed. For residential and business addresses it is also essential that the
floor, suite, apartment and room number be included in the address, as this
will make the delivery more efficient.
Do you ship to Hospitals, Hotels, Boarding
Schools, or Colleges?
Yes, we do, however, when delivering to colleges, hospitals or hotels,
we guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department of the
college, hotel or hospital. It is then up to the mail department to deliver
the package to the correct recipient. This may cause delays as the mailroom
or receiving department does not guarantee delivery within a given period of
time.
How are our cookie products packaged?
Our cookies are packaged in a dual cellophane wrapper. Then they
are secured in a cardboard box with "peanuts" to ensure maximum freshness
and minimum breakage.
What forms of Payment do we accept ?
We accept: Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, MasterCard, Visa.
For local deliveries we accept cash also.
Terms of Purchase
What if I or the recipient of your product has
allergic reactions to ingredients used in your product ?
As with all foodstuffs, some people may be allergic to
ingredients used in our products. We use only the finest ingredients,
however, prior to ordering, please ensure that the end consumers of our
products have no allergies to common ingredients used in cookies and other
baked goods (nuts, flour, shortening, chocolate, etc). We are not
responsible for allergic reactions to our products. If there are any
questions concerning our ingredients, please feel free to contact us.
What is your return policy?
We make every precaution to ensure that your product is fresh and intact
when you receive it, however, because of the perishable nature of our
product, we cannot accept returns.
Cookies, like other foods, are better when eaten fresh. If you use "UPS
Ground", please keep in mind that "UPS Ground" can take up to 4 to 6 days
or more, depending on your location.
Local
Deliveries
Local door to door deliveries within 10 mile radius of the store are
done at no cost. Call for delivery charges are required outside of the
10 mile radius of the store.
Privacy Policy
All account information provided and accessed during the order
process is done so through a secure server that encrypts all information.
The secure server software we use for our transactions incorporates a Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL is used to encode all information, including credit
card numbers, passwords, names, etc.
We do not share your information with anyone who
is not related to the ordering and shipping process.
